Creative & Pre-Production

• Joined the project two weeks before filming and quickly got up to speed across all areas of production

• Supported location scouting for a suitable shooting location

• Supported casting to assemble the ballerinas for project

• Coordinated pre-production logistics, ensuring talent knew where to be and when across hair, makeup, and set

• Conceptualized and choreographed the full ballet sequence, creating and staging all movements to bring the creative vision to life

Production

• 1st AD'd the shoot, managing a 10-person cast and 9-person crew against a 11 PM building cutoff

• Walked onto set to find production running 2 hours behind and immediately worked to get the director back on track while keeping dancers warmed up and ready

• Acted as liaison between talent and crew, managing the dancers on set and ensuring smooth communication throughout the day

• Coordinated craft services and ensured all food and eating areas were cleared by 7 PM to accommodate another event in the building

Post-Production

• Created a producer's cut to give the editor a clear reference for the flow and story of the dance, ensuring the edit preserved the choreography's narrative arc without breaking the visual vision
